"I live in Dallas and I always try to stop here on road trips. It's right off I-20 so it's a super quick pit stop. The food as amazing, they have the best smoked sausage I've ever had, and their brisket is on point as well. All it a much cheaper price than you can find in Dallas. The staff is amazingly nice, as well. I love the small town feel. They've got lots of sides too and cool desserts like fried pies and fruit pies. It puts other BBQ places to shame."

"Was nice and quiet at the time we were there, about 6PM. My wife and I had brisket baked potatos. Awesome. Very friendly and attentive staff. They were in the midst of remodeling, but everything was still clean and tidy. No soft drink machine at the time, cans from a cooler, pay for refill. Tea is available from gallon jugs."
